First hit makes me throw up?

My stomach is really weak when it comes to smoking weed. I take the first hit and start coughing and then gagging and I end up throwing up. The taste of weed in my throat literally makes me gag. I know there’s prob nothing I can do about this but does anyone have any suggestions 😂

What are you smoking out of?? If you’re smoking out of a piece of glass that hasn’t been cleaned, it will absolutely taste like shit and make you want to throw up. You could also take a smaller hit for your first hit so it doesn’t hit you as hard at first.

Have you tried different kinds? Different types of sativa and indica have very different tastes. A strain with a lower amount of keif will irritate your throat less and taste less strongly.

I'd try to smoke a fresh joint, or explore edibles, and the problem likely won't repeat itself. Bongs make me feel gross too, especially if it's not clean

Sounds like your body is telling you not to smoke. Sorry to break it to you but if this were anything else (like milk or brussel sprouts) you’d probably stop trying to consume it.  Just my thoughts!

It's the cough that makes you puke. It happens to be too 😁😂 Maybe try drinking a bottle of water while smoking or inhale less than usual. Same effect still.
