Help!!

This keeps happening to me. Every time I masterbate I keep bleeding slightly. Am I not like wet enough or am I doing it wrong. I haven’t always bled it’s only in recent times. It’s not because I’m on my period or about to get it because I have two more weeks till I get my period. I am also not cutting myself with nails because they are very short. So please help me.
