plz help!!!

so me and my bf have been progressing to sex with fingering he started with one and i’d be a little sore after and that’s normal and slight sting when i peed but only the first time after i peed after we did anything. Then he progressed to two and I had extreme discomfort once the swelling took effect, it was so sore and tender and when i peed i wanted to cry. This has never happened before with anyone at all so I was concerned.That lasted the night then swelling went down and peeing was back to normal until we did it again , he used two fingers again and my vagina got red swollen and uncomfortable we always stop when we notice it but don’t know what’s happening. I got tested before ever doing anything with him so I know it’s not me, could he have something and not know ? How should I ask?
