What are your mommy-must-haves for new moms?

I’m a new mom, due in September, and I am super nervous about making my registry and buying items for my baby! It would be wonderful if y’all could name/put pictures of your favorite items from when your children were newborns! It can be for baby or mama!! I appreciate it 💖

Just had my daughter in December!  
Get you some diapers for yourself. Its a lot better than trying to wear a pad. Get some witch hazel as well & when they give you the spray bottle to spray yourself just pour about a cup of witch hazel & then spray, helps with healing! 
For baby LOTS of bottles. Some how i keep losing bottles 🤷🏽‍♀️ some bath time soap/lotion with lavender in it! I also really like SwaddleMe swaddles because they're super easy! My daughter also couldn't wear luvs cause they broke her out so i suggest getting a couple different brands and that way you'll know which ones you like too. My favorite are huggies.

Doesn’t have to be on your registry but omg get a donut pillow! I had a second degree tear with stitches and that was the only way I could sit down. Thankfully I had already had it at home when I got home from the hospital! I ordered it just in case. A boppy pillow! It was the only thing I could put my son down in without him crying because it hugged him and made him feel like he was still being held. A rock n play and a bed side bassinet that is the same height as your bed!

Love to dream swaddle. (It’s not your traditional swaddle but it allows baby so sleep in natural position and takes less than half the time to put baby in and it has a two way zipper for diaper changes you never have to take your little one out the swaddle)

Blankets and diapers! Also, my Himalayan salt lamp. I use it every single night to help me feed without turning on a bright light! Mine is on a dimmer so I can turn it down a little after I get my baby back in his cradle. I keep it just light enough I can still see him, and I can turn it up for diaper changes and feeding without bothering my baby or my husband.
