Relationship problems

So my boyfriend and I got into a huge argument. I feel as though he’s overreacting. He’s not talking to me. Ignoring me but can post on social media. He told me yesterday “I don’t know how I feel anymore to be honest” because I asked if his feelings are the same. I just wish he would fell me his feelings and his Intentions now. If he wants to work on it then tell me. If not then let me know so I’m not wasting my time and crying my eyes out and starving myself to death because when I get depressed it gets so bad.
