I Need some reassurance:(

Long story short I’ve been dieting since August 2018 and I’ve lost 30lbs, recently I’ve started to use weights and get muscle which is working great! But from being so tight on watching my intake of calories is taking over me when it comes to snacks every now and then, like I just had a packet of chips with only 71 calories and I already feel bad about it😣
