Antidepressants killing my sex drive!

I have been taking antidepressants on and off for 15 years. The #1 reason why I stop them is because they completely crush my libido and make it nearly impossible to orgasm. Yesterday my fiancé and I had sex for a good 20 minutes and he came before me. He always wants to leave me satisfied so he ate me out for 25 minutes! Usually it would have been less than 5 until I have a mind blowing orgasm, but I cannot seem to have an orgasm no matter how good he is and what moves he uses that always put me over the edge before. Do I have to get off the medication or what the heck do I do!?!? It seems like a vicious cycle of mental health or a healthy sex life. Tips? Meds that don’t kill sex drive? Other people who have taken Lexapro with the same issues?!
