Is it safe to leave my Nuvaring in for 4 weeks straight then switch it out with a new ring? So I never get a period? Some girls are telling me no but then some girls are telling me they do it and don’t have any pregnancy scares

You should discuss this with your doctor. If you decide to, definitely change it after 3 weeks still to avoid an unwanted pregnancy.

I used to be on it and I was told not to do it all the time, but if I wanted to do it every once in a while because I wanted to skip for a reason such as going on vacation or had a soecial event or something, then it was okay. But definitely don’t do it every single month.

I think you need to get a new ring after every three weeks. The hormones on the old one will be running out. I did put in a ring back to back without having a period and it was fine. Definitely something that you want to check in with your doctor about though.
