Lightning crotch that doesn’t go away?

I am 35+4 and have been walking around a pretty decent amount lately. I FINALLY got to sit down after a day of running around to get my hospital bag ready. I tried to walk to the bathroom and it felt like my cervix was ripping in half. I had that with my first son but it was sudden and instantly went away but this time it didn’t. I know it’s called lightning crotch but it usually immediately goes away. I walked a little more and it still felt like I was being ripped in half. It didn’t start to go away until after like 5 mins. Does anyone know what this is or what it means?
