What is this??

So to start off I don’t usually get butt acne (only once and it was a tiny one). I don’t know what it could be considering I’ve only been with my girlfriend who is 100% clean and it doesn’t feel like acne nor hurt. I got a smaller one near the front of my torso but not on my vag (also new). I’m just really confused on what it could be. Background info~ I say a psychic yesterday and she said at a young age I’ll get a great illness and I know it might not be true but now I get this today. I’m sketched tf out!
