Can you get symptoms at 4dpo?

So I’m 4dpo had intercourse on my ovulation day (14th) Which was confirmed with an opk on the 13th (peak) and then 14th faint lines. However I’ve got some crazy symptoms that I know I’m not imagining. Is it just ovulation symptoms? It can’t be PMS period ain’t due for 10 days , is it a possibility of pregnancy symptoms?

I ovulated early my last cycle and ended up pregnant. I didn’t have any symptoms of being pregnant until 6 weeks, now I’m 8w1d good luck!

Unless you ovulated early, maybe you are not 4dpo exactly

4 days is way early for pregnancy symptoms since implantation hasn’t even happened yet.
