Need advice

I am almost 16. I don’t fully get along with my sisters kids. I find that they stress me out a lot and are really annoying whenever they stay over my niece has to stay in my bed with me and always kicks me and spreads out so I get hardly any sleep then the next day I feel really down. They are coming to stay for about 2 weeks. And part of it I’m on my period. I have really heavy periods and tend to leak a lot.

I really don’t like sharing and it makes me really stressed out because I don’t get any privacy or personal space

Is it unfair for me to not actually want to share my bed with her especially because of my period??
