I'm using Ava and love it! You can use FSA and HSA to buy it and they offer payment plans. It aligned perfectly with my OPKs last month and I only used it for like a week before ovulation. I have a referral code for $20 off if interested. I think it's worth it if you have bad sleep patterns. I could never track BBT because I don't sleep great. I was shocked it lined up so great with my OPKs. Of you buy it I do recommend logging in previous cycle info.

i haven’t used this or the ava bracelet.  i looked into the ava one but because i didn’t have regular cycles, the reviews said it wouldn’t be accurate.
i would say if you are regular, then try it !
