Excessive fetal growth?

Can someone explain this? They said shes been measuring about 6 days ahead amd my last ultrasound at 29 weeks showed her being 4.4lbs. Today they said shes in the 80th percentile. Does having a bigger baby mean I'll possibly deliver sooner? I know I'll probably deliver sooner with preeclampsia anyway. Can it cause complications?

My daughter measured 2 weeks ahead and was born 6 pounds 9 ounces. Ultrasounds can be inaccurate by 2 weeks. I wouldn’t stress it, but take care of yourself! I had pre-eclampsia as well and I know how serious it can be. Wishing you a safe delivery mama.

My first child measured 3 weeks ahead in the 98th percentile from 30w til the end of my pregnancy. 
They kept telling me he would come several weeks early and be 10-11lbs+.
He came on his literal due date at 8lbs.
The further along you are the less accurate those measurements are. I wouldn't worry about it mama, it doesn't necessarily mean anything at this point 💕
