Birth control

I’m under 18 and I want to get on birth control because me and my boyfriend would rather not have to use condoms. But I don’t think I can talk to my mom about this and I can’t just start getting on it because I take antidepressants and it would effect that, so I’d also have to talk to my psychiatrist. I don’t know what I should do because I can’t really tell my psychiatrist without telling my parents. If you have any advice please help me on this.
