miscarriage ?

so I started having unprotected sex in January, and I had missed a couple of periods. I had taken a pregnancy test but it came out negative. In March I got into a fight and I got chocked and thrown on the ground, a couple days later I started bleeding, the blood was all black and had clots in it, it was very heavy and I had really bad stomach pains. Could it have been a miscarriage?

It does, unfotunately, sound like a miscarriage. You haven't gone to a gyno for it? You really should. I'm so sorry for your loss. 😔 I had a miscarriage in January this year as well and I would have been due around Sept 13th... I've still been going to my gyno for follow ups and I get this bittersweet feeling looking at all the expecting women in there💔 but Ill wait my turn until it happens again. As for you, Take good care of yourself, girly! Everything will be ok😌

No way to actually tell unless you went to a dr or got a positive pregnancy test.
