STD and MEPS

Hi everyone! My bf and I got tested for stds last year and it came out positive for clamydia. We got treatment for it but had unprotected sex on the 6th day. I recently got tested again and it came out positive not to my surprise. I got treated and haven’t had sex. My bf went to get medically examined for the military to pass to see if he is denied. Be passed everything. He told me they tested for STDs and he came out clean. I told him STDs range from clamydia to HIV. They test for HIV, RPR, and hematocrit. What do you guys think of this because it doesn’t make any sense to me. We always have unprotected sex which is weird that he doesn’t have it.
