Unisom?

Question

I’m 8 weeks 4 days, anyone else on Unisom and B6? Wondering if you build up a tolerance to the Unisom or if I’m just going to be tired 24/7? I have a 16 month old that I have to chase after everyday so just wanting to sleep all day isn’t an option.
*edited to add that I was prescribed Unisom and B6. I’m supposed to take a full Unisom tablet every 6 hours and B6 three times a day.

I’ve heard to just do a half tab of unisom at night if you’re too tired during the day. And just b6 during the day. Maybe that will help you not be too tired

I used Unisom during my first pregnancy and only took a half. It helped a lot but my tolerance did build pretty quickly. I also had really bad headaches so I would sometimes use Tylenol PM. I never used B6 but I did use an essential oil necklace to help with my nausea. I personally found lemongrass and lime helped my but there are a ton of others out there. Goodluck!

I do use both. I have found unison to be very helpful. I use the b6 sometimes 3 times a day and have found it helpful as well.  If you are using the b6 for nausea, try sea bands as well. People use them for motion sickness on cruises. I purchased them and found them to be even more effective than the b6.

I’ve been taking unisom for 4 days now & I’m always so tired. The Dr said I’ll build up a tolerance for it, but not sure when. It does help me sleep through the night without feeling like I’m going to vomit every minute. Hope it gets better!
