Abortion pill

I was 5 weeks pregnant and I decided to end my pregnancy for financial and emotional reasons. On Saturday I took the first pill and next day I took the second one( misoprostol). I started bleeding but I didn’t feel any contractions or strong cramps. The bleeding wasn’t heavy and it stopped after few hours. I am not sure if the abortion is successful Bc I didn’t see any pregnancy tissue coming out and I don’t know what to do. I called the clinic and they told me to wait for few days and come for a follow up in 1 week. I’m not sure I can wait that long since I’ve a mild fever and I wanna know what’s going on with me.
