Today we had the worse day of our life

Today we been told that our rainbow 🌈 baby stop growing at 6 weeks . I’m 8 weeks and when we went for an internal scan she couldn’t find the heartbeat ( when we went at 6 weeks we could see the heartbeat soon and she put the camera inside ) . I haven’t felt pregnant for the last 2 days , but didn’t say anything to my other half , because I didn’t want to upset him , but within us walking in the clinic we both knew something was wrong . She start scanning and said I’m so sorry but there is no heartbeat anymore and that I’m experiencing a miscarriage, out world was collapsing and didn’t know what to do or say . I asked her again ?? Are you sure ?? She said yes your baby should be 8 weeks and have a strong heartbeat, but unfortunately the baby stop growing at 6 weeks . I’m sorry but you will experience a loss in the next couple of days . I need to know if anyone had been through something like this and how can I move on . Heart 💔. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
