I need your help 🤷🏼‍♀️

Refrain from negative comments please. But I have an issue with boyfriend.

So we get along perfectly, I only have one complaint about our relationship. To start, I’m on birth control. He refuses to use a condom and I told him as long as he pulls out. Well it stopped doing that and now I don’t trust him enough to have sex with him. Sometimes he says he will and does, other times not. I’ve talked to him so many times and told him I flat out don’t trust him over this. What do I even do??? I don’t even bother having sex with him anymore over it but it’s so frustrating.
