False positive?

2 days ago I did a cheap supermarket red dye test and it came up positive really quickly. Today I've done 3 different tests including a first response and they are all completely negative! Does this mean I'm not pregnant? I was convinced I'm pregnant as I've had terrible nausea the past 4 days and now I feel really down about the whole situation 😔

Edit: Period due tomorrow
