Could i have a UTI?

I had protected sex with my boyfriend using ONLY a condom for the first time on Friday and did it again on Saturday & Sunday (both protected) it’s now Monday and now I keep feeling the urge to pee & I’m bleeding (spotting) the condom did not break so I’m very confused of what’s happening can someone help me out
UPDATE: I went to the doctors and turns out I did have a UTI I took some antibiotics and now I’m cured thanks for replying

I had UTI one time, so if you feel like you have the urge to pee all the time but nothing comes out and there is some blood coming out of your urethra then you possibly have UTI but I would go to your doctor just in case and get some antibiotics for it.

Could be or a latex allergy. Id suggest doctors but if that isn't an option you wanna go through. Drink a bunch of water and cranberry Juice. And for a latex allergy try the latex free condoms
