TMI uncommon bleeding mid cycle

Sorry I know this is gross but I’m so confused and worried, I’m on my third cycle of clomid currently on cd18 due to ovulate CD 21, the past few hours (2-3hrs) Iv experienced cramping and this sort of spotting only when I wipe. I’m wondering if anyone can help and tell me what it could be please. I also have PCOS.
