PLEASE PLEASE HELP

This weird thing was in my pants when I went to take my tampon out it looks like a sac or something and nothing like clotting I used to get, I’m on the pill and I’m currently having on the bleed break as I started to get spotting last week and I thought it was best to take a break I last had sex at the beginning of the month and I was protected by the pill. I’m really concerned I wasn’t cramping more the usual and my period wasnt heavier either. I really hope someone can help me
