I can’t stand it when my bf tries to get me off *trigger warning*

Hi guys! So my bf and I just recently started having sex but I’ve figured out that I cannot stand it when he goes down on me or rubs my clit. I’m okay with the sex part, and I can get off on my own, but just I literally cannot stand him touching me. I’m a survivor of multiple instances of sexual abuse, and I’m wondering if maybe that could have something to do with it? I’ve never talked to a therapist or a doctor Bc I don’t have the money for it (been supporting myself since I was 15). Anyways I was just wondering if anyone else has this issue?

Edit: my boyfriend is super sweet and he knows ab everything and is willing to take it as slow as I need it. I know it makes him feel bad tho, even if he denies it and it’s just something I’d like to be able to get over.
