Food Poisoning?

Hi ladies. TMI here, but my family and I went to lunch yesterday at a swanky restaurant, and last night I had horrible diarrhea and stomach pain! No one else was ill. Everything I ate was totally cooked and nothing on the naughty list of pregnancy foods. I was also slightly constipated this week. I left a message for my doctor but wanted to see if you’ve experienced this. I don’t know if it’s food poisoning or if something finally got me moving, but it was bad. Drinking tons of water but still a little achy today. Anyone else? Hope all is ok...
