My Bf can’t get it up?

So we started dating about a month ago.

And had sex for the first time a few weeks ago. He was able to get off. The next two times we were in his car and he wasn’t able to. I mean he would get hard then lose it. Today we were in my room watching a movie and playing around a bit and he initiated it. We took our clothes off and started, i mean he was hard in the beginning then he lost it. He says he wants me to have fun and that I’m beautiful and well was apologizing a lot for not being able to that he wanted to cry. To give some more context the times we did it in his car I bled I was a virgin. So today he kept asking if I’m okay over and over. So what do you guys think ?
