SWOLLEN PERINEUM HELP!!!

I just had sex, it was pretty rough and I think he spread my butt cheeks too much and now I am left with swollen perineum (between the vagina and asshole). I think I have perineal tear because I can see slight bleeding when I wipe and it hurts to wipe!!

I think it was too rough and although I was very wet it still was aggressive. Now I am worried what can I do??? Has anyone had this before??
