Weird shaped US or is my husband right?

Currently 10w1d.

At 6w2d we had an Ultrasound and seen a heartbeat.

Now here's the thing. It looks like no other 6w US pic that I've seen, most are not this shape.

My husband is convinced that he saw 2 heartbeats ticking away!

Could this infact be two babies, very close together?

I dont think so, but him saying it alot has got me thinking, hence researching 6wk US pics.

Anyone with any experience, be able to tell?

It was an internal ultrasound.

The tech said the baby was going left to right, so what's the bit coming down from it??
