Advice on the IUD implant ?

Thinking of going on it .. does it hurt ?
Which one would you recommend ?
Does it hurt when they insert it ?
Can it actually fall out ??
I’ve never even inserted a tampon in me ... EVER so I’m kinda wheezy thinking of the idea of it falling out but I guess it worth it right?

You sound exacrly like how I was before I had it done haha. I've never I serted a tampon either. 
I have the copper one as I really don't like the idea of hormones and they really mess with me so anytbing without hormones I'm all up for.
I've nearly had it a year now and was so paranoid about the fitting, pain, cramping, periods you name it I worried and horror stories christ I read so many haha.
So here goes the fitting OK yes I'm not going to lie it was a little painful but the pain only lasted a few sharp seconds as they Implanted it and they always warn you like this may pinch for a little but it's reallt not like your clinging to the chair for 30 mins haha so I was glas for it to be over but nothing like I expected.
After just a little cramping but nothing to even take painkillers for but different for every lady.
It's actually not made my periods any more painful just more heavy but I can deal with thay and so far touch wood I've not had a single problem with it 💯 best thing I've ever done and no condoms is a dream hahaha I would say for side effects you would be better of with the copper but a lot of women prefer the hormones so just got to think about what you want xx

I have mirena and I love it. It can hurt to get it but you can take pain medicine before and I highly suggest going to a doctor that does numbing shots. 
It can fall out but that nearly always happens during the first month, after your first period with your IUD is over, the chances of it falling out ate drastically decreased. That's why often times doctors have you come back in after a month of having it to check position
