Implantation bleeding?

Hi guys, looking for some help?

Last night I experienced some cramping and a really light spotting with red streaks in it. It wasnt red like my usual period colour (tmi) but it only lasted about 2 hours and never made a stain on a pad only when I wiped that one time.

Fast forward to today I've had no sign of any spotting or anything or any cramps?

And a negative pregnancy which I probably took way to soon.

I've got PCOS and this cycle has lasted 63days 🤦‍♀️.

Could anyone give me any idea as to what my next steps should be!
