having to pee a lot

ok so i know what everyone is gonna say. i have to pee like every 5 minutes but nothing comes out. it’s NOT a uti though because nothing hurts, i know what a uti feels like cuz i’ve had a bunch. it’s literally just the normal feeling of having to pee except i already went and i don’t have to go. this used to happen to me a lot and it went away, only thing i can think of that changed is that i masturbated a little earlier for the first time in a while. idk if that matters. has anyone ever experienced something like this?
