Are there ways to avoid a GBS diagnosis?
Had it in my first pregnancy and I’m trying to avoid it with this one. (First was almost 4 years ago). I’m currently 26 weeks with my second.
Is it avoidable? Or no...?
I’m thinking like extra probiotics, yogurt, ACV.... things like that to up my good bacteria down there??
I want to have a water birth at my hospital and I have a feeling this one is going to be quick...
Can you have a water birth if you are GBS positive?
