Birth control effectiveness

Has anyone used Microgestin Fe 1/20? Other names for it are Blisovi Fe, Loestrin Fe, Aurovela Fe 1/20, Junel Fe 1/20, Gildess Fe 1/20, Tarina Fe 1/20, Larin Fe 1/20

I just wanna know how effective it is when taken correctly (same time everyday)

I had a family friend who got pregnant on my previous birth control even when taking it correctly, (Lessina) so I decided to switch. I had never gotten pregnant but my ex was also on medication that lowered his sperm count, my current boyfriend isn’t, so I just want to know how effective this one is 😅 Thanks in advance! And yes, I know you should take extra measures like condoms but being in a serious relationship and monogamous it’s just a personal preference not to.
