Is anyone having trouble contacting Fashion nova customer care?

I’ve been calling allll day and on hold for the longest and automatic system says no one is available. I’m trying to return some pair of jeans that oh my god they are nothing like the description said but I accidentally ripped of two tags when opening the package and now I need to contact Fashion Nova🤦🏻‍♀️ anyone had a hard time contacting them or what the best way to contact them? Edit:: Hayyyeeluuyaa! Not only did they finally answer but they are accepting my jeans back! Damn I guess I was lucky 🍀
