Possibly pregnant ?

So it’s been a little over a week since I’ve had sex. I’ve been starting to have a lot of cramps, nausea, and feeling faint every now and then. Every time I lie down, I just get cramps, too. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? I don’t get my period for another two weeks. Yes, I’m on birth control but I switched to a different pill a couple weeks ago. I know it’s a little too early to tell but my body doesn’t feel right.
