Hi guys

I am pregnant 12w 3d and I started having fever 38.6 this morning so I took 2 paracetamol and felt really ok after for about 6 hours when the fever came back and I took another 2 paracetamol but the fever stays between 37.7-37.9 it would not go down.I feel generally ok but from fever a bit hot and weak.I don’t have other symptoms apart of fever and feeling strange around a my ears and down my throat side, I believe it is more of a cold but Not sure.As it is Sunday night I cans not call the gp (I am in the uk) until tomorrow morning.I had taken paracetamol 5 hours ago and I feel like my fever starts to raise again, 38.5 now.Could you please help me with advise?I am worried on taken to much paracetamol not to harm the baby.I feel scared of doing anything to harm the baby.If you experienced this what did you do?Thank you and tomorrow I can not wait to call my GP
