i’m in pain :) help pls

so yesterday i was over my new “friend” house and he was sucking on my tits. at one point he lightly bit my nipple for .2 seconds and i liked it and so i said “bite it” so he could do it again. he confirmed with me, saying, “bite it?” and i said yes. and he did. except it was harder and i jumped because it was painful but he thought i was jumping back from PLEASURE. so he keeps doing it and it was hurting sooooo much but i didn’t have the heart to tell him! the messed up part is if at the VERY BEGINNING when he bit if i would’ve said “woah not too hard” i WOULDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. but no he does it for the rest of the time i’m over there. and i let him think i was enjoying it😔 ofc the next time i go in just gonna say “oh don’t bite so hard” but is it gonna heal?😭 it hurts so much and i think i see teeth marks... what should i do to get rid of the pain and soreness?
