guys!! what do you think?!?!?

10:30 me and my fiance had sex and after that I started having terrible pain throwing up and I got delirious so he drove me to the hospital and I fell out of the car throwing up couldnt walk and then we were at the hospital for like 3 hrs and all they did was give me a pain shot and tell me to go to an obgyn. I'm super super sore, I literally thought I was dying. I was seeing black and white. Has any of you experienced anything like this before?? I had like a super mega cramp that was constant for 2 hrs until they gave me a shot
