Please help me

I'm in high school and I'm 14 in 9th grade. There is this boy named lane. He is 16 years old. He sits by me everyday on the bus and touches and says things he shouldn't. He puts pressure on my legs alot and says I can do much more. He grabs my thigh and looks at mu BUTT and says I'll fold you up like a pretzel. I'm scared and I don't know what to do. I call him things but if I say the wrong thing he will push me up against the window and put his hand aroumd my neck gently as a warning. What do I do??????
