Help? Advice? Anything 😫

I seem to get a positive test in the morning but negative for the rest of the day even after holding my urine and if my urine looks more concentrated than from the morning! I don't know if they're false positives or what, I've rung my doctor and waiting to get referred for a blood test 🤞 but could this be common in early pregnancy? I don't even know what to think anymore I'm so confused.. my urine doesn't look as concentrated when I wake up as I do drink throughout the night but it is the longest I hold my urine so is it possible that it still has more HCG in without looking as concentrated?
