Worst fucking Christmas ever. Do I have the right to be upset with my bf?

Christmas eve. People got wasted okay watever but, my bf went to extreme drink after drink ect. And I told him to stop he didn’t. I went to bed early due to our daughter being grumpy because she was tired. I literally woke up from him trying to have sex butt ass naked while my daughter was next to me. I was soo pissed and I told him to stop plenty of times he eventually did and I tell him to go use the bathroom he refuse to and threw up on the floor instead because he wants to be selfish at 4 in the morning.. I am sooo beyond pissed have to clean the puke up while attending to my baby.
