Pain/Bleeding After GBS Swab

So I'm about 37 weeks and just had the Group B Strep swab this afternoon. Has anyone else experienced painful urination and bleeding afterwards? I hurt really bad when he did it. I swear he just shoved it up my urethra or something; I actually yelped in pain. Like they are supposed to swab the vagina and rectum so wtf?! So ever since the swab I've hard intense pain when urinating/trouble getting it a lot out at a time and when I wipe there is clearly blood. I'm monitoring it, but was wanting to know if anyone else has gone through this? Needless to say, I will not be seeing this Dr. again. I already didn't care for him already, but this is the last straw.
