Second opinion

Okay so I’m new to being pregnant or I should say I was. We had our 10.4 ultrasound yesterday and they couldn’t find the heartbeat: I had two doctors confirm but they didn’t check for a heartbeat any other way. It was just not showing up on the ultrasound. Should I get a second opinion. They said baby was measuring at 9 weeks but the week that I was 9 weeks I had done my glucose test and I had passed out. The doctor was worried about diabetes but she called me the next day and said everything was fine. Baby’s levels were all fine and I passed my glucose test. I don’t know what to do and we are so heartbroken. Can anyone help?
