Help! Yellow onvag??

Hello! I’m in an emergency! I’ve had frequent yeast infections but idk what this it. At the top of my vulva which I will show down below I had what appeared to be dry skin? I’m currently on accutane and it’s making me very dry can it be this or what can it be? I was thinking maybe bc I also shaved yesterday and have razor bumps idk I’m very scared maybe it looked yellow to me when I picked it of! I have no symptoms or anything this can not be an STD! It is also along the side of where I circled a bit it came right off.
