Missed period

Just wondering if someone can help me,

I’m 8 days late on my period

I have taken pregnancy test after pregnancy test they are all negative,

I have never missed a period before other then my last pregnancy and that ended up being ectopic pregnancy

When I was pregnant I took test after test again all negative until the hospital told me I was pregnant

I just don’t know what else to do, doctors told me to wait 1-2 weeks because it could be too early to test,

But everything else says it should have shown if I was pregnant by now,

I’m devastated thought this could be my angel baby 😢😢

I also have pcos but I have never missed a period before and I have regular periods every 28 days for 5 days so I can’t see it being that!
