I’m currently 40+1 I had a sweep at around 1pm yesterday however all I am getting is cramps on and off still no mucus plug or anything!

I’m back Tuesday for another at 41 then to talk about induction

The midwife said my cervix was shortening on its own which was a good sign and she’s not sure if I’ll make it to the next appointment but I feel no different just cramping.I’m just hoping something happens before then.

Has anyone had anything similar or any stories they can share? Thanks in advance 💙💖
