Advice please

So I recently had sex for the first time and everything was fine. I was abit stupid and haven’t been using protection. We’ve spoken and he doesn’t sleep around at all, not sure if i should believe him. But anyways this may sound silly because i’m grown haha but i’ve always been shielded about sex etc because I grew up in a very religious household. Should I be expecting changes in my body at all? like is it normal? Because recently my discharge has been an off colour and I’m gonna keep it real i don’t smell so fresh down there anymore. I’m a very hygienic person but i’m worried he gave me something or maybe it’s an infection I have no clue. My doctors appointment isn’t until next week and I just need someone to ease my mind a little x
