What do you think of a 20 yr old female dating a 30 yr old male?

Honest opinions please. This is my situation and I’m getting different opinions on it. I’m super happy and we have great communication, no issues experienced so far. Do you think the age gap matters?

As a 30 year old, 20 year olds are actual children to me. Would not, could not.

I think it’s none of my damn business, or anyone elses. 20 and 30 are both adults and so long as both are happy and consenting within the relationship, that is all that matters to me. If you are happy within your relationship, stand by it and be proud. Some people won’t get it, and that’s okay. It is not their life or relationship so their opinion doesn’t matter.

I wouldn’t personally at 20 and 30 because you’re just in two different stages in life maturity and experience wise. Now if you’re 35 and 45, clearly both adults and have life experience then sure. I guess it just depends on the person, and what they are ready for.

For me it’s a no. I’m just not gonna do it. I care more about possible red flags than anything. My preferable age gap is 2 years in either direction max. 
But that’s just me personally.

Your both adults but as a thirty year old i look at twenty year olds and think they look like teenagers and like im talking to one as well so personally i could never date a twenty yesr old at this stage so i do think its weird. But i dont know u or him to make an opinion on your relationship just what i think of the two ages.

I don’t see anything wrong with it. My man is 18 years older than me n I’m in my mid 20s. I think he’s so attractive, we have better communication than I’ve ever had. We both support each other and he helps me do what’s best for me. When we are out we get stares, people laughing at us, making fun of us. He’s also black n I’m white. So that’s a whole mother can of worms. But let them stare a laugh. What actually matters is how you guys are towards each other. I wouldn’t trade my man in for the world. I love him so much.

Who cares what these people think if it’s working for you?  There’s absolutely nothing wrong with you being 10 years younger, nothing AT ALL. Much better in my opinion than getting a guy in his early 20s who doesn’t know what he wants in life.

I personally couldn’t be with someone in that big of a gap. As long as both people are adults then go for it! Age is just a number when both people are adults
